INSPIRATION
This concept was inspired by the belief that to truly awaken in this realm, one must seek to balance their energies. Beyond your physical body is an "energetic body" that contains information about your current state of being. This energetic body flows through the seven chakras, which can be developed to create a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. It is thought that if an imbalance is present, it can disrupt the flow of energy, causing physical and spiritual symptoms.
The seven chakras are as follows: the root chakra (survival), sacral chakra (abundance/intimacy), solar plexus chakra (self-esteem), heart chakra (love), throat chakra (communication), third eye chakra (thought/intuition/imagination), crown chakra (spiritual connectedness).
